In transport, weight and space are determining factors of operational costs. Achieving regeneration with the movement of the vehicle itself and with traditional technology is not possible, as it would require a generator with a diameter of more than 3 metres and a weight of more than 1000 kg, which is unfeasible for its application as a source of energy in transport.
Our path to develop our project has been to research and develop the most innovative technologies to overcome the size and weight barrier of the regeneration equipment and to have a generator applicable to transport.
With the use of superconductors, we manage to exponentially reduce the size and weight of our equipment, to the point that the weight and size of our generator is less than that of the batteries it partially replaces.
Superconductors are perfect electrical conductors, they eliminate the Joule effect of transforming energy into heat and also, thanks to the Meissner-Ochsenfeld effect, they become perfectly diamagnetic conductors.
